Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to build and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will assess capability needs, design and facilitate programs, and provide coaching that strengthens people leadership, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with HR and plant leaders to support succession planning, culture and engagement initiatives, and performance growth. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for front-line and mid-level leaders in manufacturing operations and corporate functions
  • Assess capability gaps using interviews, assessments, and performance data to inform learning solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning labs focused on people leadership, change, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR and plant leadership to build talent pipelines and succession plans
  • Implement blended learning strategies, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job experiences
  • Measure program effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Support culture, safety, and engagement initiatives through leadership capability building
  • Curate and develop learning content, tools, and resources that align with Marvin's values and competencies
  • Coach individual leaders on development plans and performance growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure leadership programs support business priorities and operational excellence
