As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business, educating homeowners, managing customer relationships, and guiding projects from initial contact through completion. What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through in-market door-to-door outreach
Build relationships with homeowners within assigned territories
Schedule and conduct property inspections
Educate homeowners on roofing, exterior restoration, and storm damage solutions
Identify potential roofing, siding, gutter, and restoration needs
Assist homeowners through the insurance restoration process when applicable
Present solutions and help customers make informed decisions
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to project completion
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the process
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
