The Role

• Support store management in all aspects of daily operations and performance.
• Assist with staff management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Contribute to sales strategy and the merchandising of diverse and frequently updated product assortments.
• Oversee store presentation, manage ordering processes, and ensure adherence to display guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management to discuss performance metrics and future development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive approach.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an intensive 8-week onboarding program in a designated training store.
