• Must be available for a virtual first-round interview and an in-person final interview in Madison.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support IV / Field Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support, hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure assistance across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and related peripherals. This position requires excellent troubleshooting abilities, customer service skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently to support onsite technical operations.
