Position: Worksoft Automation QA Consultant (SAP S/4HANA FI)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Worksoft Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing for an SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade program. The consultant will work closely with SAP functional teams,process owners, developers, and QA leadership to establish a scalable regression automation suite covering critical end-to-end business processes.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes, integrations, Fiori applications, and upgrade-testing methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for the SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade for SAPGUI based transaction and Fiori.
• Automate end-to-end business processes spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and integrated applications.
• Create reusable automation components, process libraries, data-driven tests, and standardized naming conventions.
• Prepare and manage test data required for automated execution.
• Execute smoke, functional, integration, regression, and post-upgrade validation tests.
• Analyze execution results, investigate failures, and distinguish application defects from automation-script or test-data issues.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to understand process changes, custom developments, interfaces, and upgrade impacts.
• Maintain automation scripts throughout system configuration changes, transports, and release cycles.
• Document the automation framework, reusable components, test-data requirements, execution procedures, and support processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal QA and automation team members(if required).

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Worksoft Certify experience in SAP environments.
• Experience supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or major upgrade.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • Worksoft Certify
  • Worksoft Execution Manager
  • Automated process discovery or documentation capabilities within the Worksoft platform
  • Reusable processes and sub-processes
  • Data-driven automation
  • Exception handling and recovery
  • Batch and unattended execution
  • Execution-result analysis
• Experience automating SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications.
• Understanding of SAP roles, variants, workflows, background jobs, master data, transactional data, and system integrations.
• Experience testing end-to-end SAP business processes across multiple modules.
• Ability to interpret functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, SAP functional consultants, developers and other team as required.
