Sales Representative- Full Time - Paid Training - Hourly Pay!

We’re looking for energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. As a Mossy Sales Consultant, you will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals and client satisfaction objectives.

Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.

Establishing daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations; Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
