Clinical Sales Representative- Buffalo, NY

Clinical Sales Representative responsible for driving utilization of robotic surgical systems in the Buffalo territory. The role involves training surgical teams, supporting clinical adoption across specialties, and expanding the user base through partnership with key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities
Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop territory sales strategy for system utilization
Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications
Support regional sales and marketing events for system awareness and procedure adoption
Drive instrument and accessory sales while expanding user base with key opinion leaders
Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reporting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
Operating room environment knowledge preferred
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively within teams
Compensation:
$223,200 on target earnings (base plus commission)
