Required Skills

• Strong experience in Pega PRPC development.

• Hands-on experience with Pega rules, workflows, and case management.

• Knowledge of Pega UI, decision rules, and business process management.

• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

• Experience with Pega application design, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of Java and enterprise application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications.

• Configure workflows, case management, and business rules.

• Develop integrations with external systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

• Optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and technical teams.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Certifications

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
