Automotive Retail Sales Representative

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Retail Car Sales Representative to drive retail vehicle sales at our transportation and warehousing locations. You will engage walk-in and online customers, understand their mobility needs, and recommend appropriate vehicles and protection products. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, presenting financing and warranty options, preparing contracts, and ensuring accurate documentation. You'll maintain lot presentation, follow up on leads, and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets while upholding safety, integrity, and brand standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in and digital customers to assess mobility needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain pricing, protection products, and financing or warranty options
• Prepare and process sales contracts and required documentation accurately
• Manage and follow up on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain organized, attractive vehicle lot and showroom presentation
• Use CRM and retail systems to track interactions, quotes, and deals
• Collaborate with operations teams to coordinate vehicle availability and delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and regulatory standards
• Handle customer issues and support high post-sale satisfaction and repeat business
