Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Specialists
Location: Kyle, TX

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate project staffing and resource activities, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining resource rosters, tracking staffing changes, and coordinating updates with project managers and leadership.
  2. Monitor project compliance and operational requirements, including training completion, background check renewals, access reviews, documentation updates, and other recurring project administration activities.
  3. Manage project deliverables, schedules, and status information by tracking upcoming milestones, coordinating timelines, sending reminders, maintaining project records, and supporting timely completion of required deliverables.
  4. Facilitate project communication and documentation by coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, supporting recurring project calls, maintaining records, and communicating project updates and action items to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

1+ years of experience in PMO support, project coordination, resource coordination, project administration, or a similar role.

Technical Skills

Project Coordination, PMO Administration, Resource Management, Deliverable Tracking, Project Documentation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Management Tools

Business / Domain Skills
  1. Experience supporting enterprise project staffing and resource management, including onboarding, offboarding, roster maintenance, and staffing coordination.
  2. Experience managing project compliance activities, including training requirements, background check renewals, access reviews, and recurring operational requirements.
  3. Experience supporting project deliverable management across multiple projects, including milestone tracking, status updates, stakeholder follow-ups, and documentation.
  4. Experience working with PPM and ALM tools to support project tracking and operational processes.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in a structured PMO environment supporting multiple projects or workstreams.
  2. Familiarity with project portfolio and application lifecycle management processes.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
