AI Consultant

Description
We are looking for an AI Consultant to help identify and deliver practical artificial intelligence solutions that improve how teams work across the business. This position is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between business discovery, technical design, and hands-on solution delivery. The role will focus on uncovering high-impact use cases, building secure and scalable AI-enabled workflows, and supporting adoption through training, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, supply chain, finance, operations, and compliance to assess current processes and uncover valuable opportunities for AI and automation. Translate business challenges into workable solution concepts, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, and decision-support applications. Create and help implement AI-powered tools using platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies.

Partner with data and systems teams to connect AI solutions with enterprise platforms, reporting environments, databases, and business applications. Develop scalable foundations for AI usage by promoting secure architecture, appropriate access controls, and reliable integration patterns. Lead enablement efforts by delivering training sessions, establishing practical usage guidelines, and encouraging idea-sharing through an internal AI community.

Measure and communicate the impact of delivered solutions by tracking efficiency improvements, reporting enhancements, and stronger business visibility. Support responsible deployment practices by ensuring privacy, security, and human oversight are built into solution design and rollout. Assist in modernizing operational processes through workflow automation and improved use of enterprise systems such as ERP and EDI-related environments. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, enterprise systems, analytics, automation, solution architecture, or business transformation. Practical background designing, implementing, or supporting AI, generative AI, automation, intelligent agents, or decision-support solutions in a business setting. Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric. Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and how AI solutions connect with operational workflows.

Ability to identify inefficiencies, reduce manual effort, improve reporting, and deliver measurable operational value through technology. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences. Familiarity with discovery work, ERP environments, EDI processes, and related business systems is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
