Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter looking for an opportunity where your recruitment expertise can directly contribute to the continued growth of an established nurse-led complex care provider?

Our client is a leading provider supporting adults, children, people with learning disabilities and individuals with mental health needs. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a mature, experienced and commercially minded Recruiter to join their established team.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who understands healthcare recruitment, can build strong internal and external relationships and wants to play an important role in the organisation's continued development.

The Role

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to onboarding and sign-off.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and other clinical professionals.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Recruitment and Mobilisation teams to understand current and future recruitment requirements.
• Forecast recruitment requirements in line with business growth and new service mobilisation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior management to deliver recruitment objectives.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional and consistent recruitment experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work closely with the experienced Compliance Team to support efficient candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment activity is completed to a high standard.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute to individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Identify new approaches to candidate attraction and recruitment.
• Build effective relationships across the wider organisation to support continued growth.

About You

• Proven experience within healthcare recruitment is essential.
• Experience recruiting Nurses, Healthcare Assistants or other clinical/care professionals would be advantageous.
• A mature, professional and commercially focused approach.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• Able to work collaboratively with Operations, Business Development, Compliance and senior management.
• Proactive approach with the ability to go the extra mile to deliver results.
• Strong understanding of the importance of compliance within healthcare recruitment.
