40,000 - 50,000 North London Hybrid Working Available After Probation

Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a growing Talent Acquisition function? We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment across a successful multi-site hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
• Develop and improve recruitment processes, reporting, and ATS usage.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide market insights.
• Manage agency relationships and increase direct hiring.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment and Right to Work legislation.

About You

• Proven recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within hospitality or another multi-site environment.
• Strong experience sourcing and attracting talent directly.
• Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural teams.

Desirable

• Experience with Skilled Worker sponsorship and compliance.
• Exposure to fast-growth businesses, high-volume recruitment, or new site openings.
• Experience improving recruitment systems and processes.
