The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of personnel and store management.
• Ensure the store operates according to company standards and optimize workflows.

• Assist with floor operations, including merchandising, pricing, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in retail or a comparable qualification.
• Previous professional experience, ideally with some leadership responsibilities.
