Mainframe Developer - COBOL, CICS, DB2

Our client in Pittsburgh has an immediate need for a COBOL CICS Developer.

• Cobol, CICS, DB2 - mainframe to Java and AI (Copilot and Claude)
• Services - Capital Markets, Regulatory environment
• 10+ years industry experience in Financial Services — banking or capital markets specifically (regulatory/architecture requirements are unique to this environment)
• Senior-level, self-starting profile — able to scope own work with a leadership quality, not purely task-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work onsite 4 days/week (NY or Pittsburgh)
