- Communicating project status, milestones, and executive updates to leadership
- Leading change management, user adoption, and training initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, and technology partners
- Develop Innovative Oracle Solutions
- You'll play a hands-on role designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise applications that support manufacturing operations around the globe.
You'll:
- Design and develop Oracle APEX applications
- Build and optimize PL/SQL solutions
- Enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality
- Support Oracle Cloud initiatives and integrations
- Improve reporting, automation, and business intelligence capabilities
- Drive ERP upgrades, enhancements, and global system rollouts
You'll collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to understand business needs, streamline processes, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
You'll also help establish best practices in project management, application development, governance, and technology delivery.
Project Leadership
You have a successful history of leading complex enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities.
