Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their needs, and booking introductory meetings for our operations team. We provide full training on our simple systems, so while previous professional or sales experience is a major asset, a positive attitude and great listening skills are what matter most.

• Warm Outreach: Contact a targeted list of leads daily using our user-friendly, provided software.
• Engaging Conversations: Introduce our company, share the benefits of our service, and build natural rapport.
• Qualifying Needs: Ask gentle questions to ensure the prospect is a good match for our services.
• Answering Questions: Professionally guide prospects through initial inquiries or common hesitation.
• Booking Visits: Successfully schedule interested prospects for site visits with our operations team.
• Simple Record Keeping: Accurately update basic contact details and log call outcomes in our easy-to-use CRM system (basic computer literacy is required).
