Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Coaching

• Lead and coordinate all standard Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), principles, and core values.

• Monitor sprint and operational progress, utilizing Agile project management and ticketing tools to track service requests, dependencies, and project milestones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Cloud Team leadership to establish priorities and coordinate maintenance, operational requests, and service improvements across various cloud teams.

• Facilitate seamless communication between cloud engineers, architects, operations staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Assist in scheduling, tracking action items, and communicating timeline changes or operational impacts to leadership.

Risk Management & Business Analysis

• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, blocked work items, and operational concerns that could impact deliverables or cloud services.

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document project scope, operational requirements, assumptions, and deliverables.

• Support business analysis and organizational change management efforts to ensure operational readiness.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk logs, meeting notes, dashboards, and operational metrics.

• Prepare clear, concise project updates, summaries, and presentations for leadership, governance meetings, and stakeholder reviews.

• Continuously maintain a strong working knowledge of cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• 10+ Years of experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination activities.

• Proven expertise in facilitating core Scrum ceremonies.

• Deep, practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and SDLC methodologies.

• Hands-on proficiency with project management, collaboration, work tracking, and ticketing tools.
