Job Title: Delivery Coach / Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Coach / Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions while promoting Agile values and best practices. The ideal candidate will serve as a facilitator, mentor, and coach, helping teams improve collaboration, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously enhance their performance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Agile teams to adopt and continuously improve Scrum and Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring productive and outcome-driven sessions.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain a well-prioritized, refined, and delivery-ready product backlog.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments early, coordinating with appropriate teams to drive timely resolution.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, deliverables, and business objectives.
• Encourage teams to become self-sufficient, accountable, and focused on delivering customer value.
• Monitor Agile metrics, sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health, providing clear visibility through dashboards and status reporting.
• Challenge assumptions by asking insightful questions that improve planning, decision-making, and execution.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement through coaching and feedback.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and encourage the adoption of scalable Agile frameworks where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Coach in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach teams at different maturity levels.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive collaboration without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Experience working within SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks is highly desirable.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent are preferred.
