Job Description
- 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
