Job Description
We’re adding a new teammate to our Florida sales squad.
1099 Independent Contractor | Base Guarantee Commissions Starting in Month One | Monthly Expense Allotment
Medical device experience is optional. Initiative isn’t. We’re a fast-growing, independent medical device distributorship looking for someone who brings competitive energy, genuine curiosity, and the determination to keep going when the first answer is “no.”
Our team partners with urologists, OB/GYNs, and urogynecologists in physician offices, surgery centers, and hospitals.

We bring great products to the people caring for patients—and back them up with relationships, responsiveness, and service that make us more than another vendor. We’re a small company with big plans. We’re looking for a teammate who’s excited to help build what comes next. What you’ll actually do
This is a field-based, high-activity sales role. Building the territory means getting out, meeting people, following through, and giving customers a reason to work with you. You’ll:

•
Create opportunities:
Research prospects, generate leads, cold-call, visit offices, and find thoughtful ways to connect with physicians and their teams.

  • Get in the room:
Schedule office lunches, secure meetings, and deliver engaging product presentations.
  • Take care of existing customers:
Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and purchasing teams through responsive service and consistent follow-up.
  • Turn interest into business:
Coordinate product evaluations, support new technology launches, and move opportunities toward a purchasing decision.
  • Own your territory:
Plan your activity, keep your pipeline organized, and follow through on the details without someone chasing you.
Bring the grit. Stay coachable.
You don’t need a medical device résumé. You do need resilience, follow-through, and a willingness to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
We’re looking for someone who can hear “not today” without losing momentum. Someone who brings ideas instead of only pointing out obstacles. Someone who wants to win, treats people well, and understands that earning trust matters as much as making the sale.
You should be comfortable starting conversations, learning unfamiliar products, and holding yourself accountable. You’ll need to be based in the Orlando area, or able to reliably cover the territory, with dependable transportation for customer visits.
Competitive without the ego. Independent without being afraid to ask questions. Hungry to grow without cutting corners.
That’s our kind of teammate.
Ready to join the squad?
Apply with your résumé and a short note telling us why this opportunity interests you and about a time you had to figure something out without a step-by-step playbook.
We’re interested in what you’ve done—but just as interested in how you think, how you respond to a challenge, and what you’re ready to build.
