We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow architecture and solutions.

  • Develop IT systems roadmaps and enterprise architecture strategies.

  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance.

  • Work with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.

  • Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.

  • Develop system diagrams and models using UML.

  • Lead platform development, governance, security, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 20 years of overall IT experience.

  • 9+ years of IT Systems Roadmap Development.

  • 9+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.

  • 9+ years of system diagramming and UML modeling.

  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow module experience.

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CTA and CIS.
