We're looking for a strategic analytics leader to own revenue metrics across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition through retention. This role is perfect for someone who loves understanding the complete customer journey, optimizing unit economics, and empowering teams with data-driven insights that directly impact company growth.
You'll report to our VP of Consumer Revenue and partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll have insights to lead cross-functional analytics that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This leader will own marketing analytics alongside sales funnel insights and customer lifetime value metrics. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact our revenue and unit economics. You'll blend marketing analytics rigor with sales funnel insights and customer lifetime value optimization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the Complete Revenue Picture
- Track customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) by channel
- Understand which marketing channels drive the highest-quality leads and best ROI
- Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks
- Identify retention drivers and churn patterns to improve LTV
- Build Revenue Analytics Infrastructure
- Own marketing analytics, sales funnel reporting, and customer retention dashboards
- Manage the marketing tech stack and integrations (Braze, Salesforce, tracking)
- Establish consistent revenue metrics across all functions
- Create executive reporting that enables fast, confident decisions
- Drive Revenue Insights & Optimization
- Identify 5+ analytics-driven initiatives to improve unit economics
- Calculate payback periods and ROI by channel
- Recommend pricing, positioning, and retention strategies informed by data
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on data-driven initiatives
- Lead a High-Performing Analytics Team
- Hire and develop 3–5 analytics professionals
- Create career development paths and establish best practices
- Align analytics across revenue functions
Who You Are
You have 7–10+ years of analytics experience, with proven expertise in both marketing analytics and revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, retention). You're comfortable diving deep into data while keeping business impact front and center. You thrive in cross-functional environments and love translating data into decisions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong SQL and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
- Deep knowledge of marketing funnel, attribution, and channel analytics
- Expertise in SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, cohort retention, churn, payback period)
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology (Braze, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager)
- Familiarity with sales funnel and CRM analytics
- Ability to analyze complex customer journeys across channels and touchpoints
- Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption
- Leadership experience managing analytics teams
Nice to Have:

What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you'll establish trusted revenue dashboards that marketing, sales, and customer success teams rely on daily. You'll identify and help implement 5+ initiatives that improve unit economics—whether through better channel targeting, faster sales cycles, or improved retention. You'll reduce manual reporting time by 50%, freeing up your team to focus on analysis and insight. Most importantly, you'll be known as the leader who made data central to every revenue decision.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Revenue Impact: Your work directly influences company growth and profitability
- Hybrid Scope: Analyze the complete customer lifecycle, not just one function
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and finance leaders
