Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of personal lines prospects (auto, home, life)
Work agency-provided leads from first contact through close
Ask the right questions to match coverage to each customer's situation
Hit monthly production goals in a fast-paced, results-driven office
Requirements
Current P&C license (active, in good standing)
1–3 years in insurance or a sales-driven field
Comfortable running a consultative sales conversation
Self-directed — you don't need someone checking in constantly
