• 24 months experience configuring and deploying an industry standard COTS grantmaking solution. 

• 12 months experience working with an enterprise statewide financial system

Detailed Job Description: This Expert IT Specialist will support enterprise grantmaking activities statewide through both the Statewide Financial System and Agency-specific legacy systems. The consultants in this title support State agencies and the public with work such as configuring RFPs in an enterprise or agency-specific systems, as well as assisting with contracts, progress reports, payments, reporting, and prequalification, as well as testing and reporting system defects and fixes in those systems. They provide training and technical assistance on the systems to State Agency staff and vendors. When needed, they assist Grants Management leadership develop adjunct or different systems to assist other State agencies, like the OCM eGrants project.
