Salesforce Scrum Master

Scrum Master for a fast-paced Salesforce implementation program, leading the team to deliver sprint goals and ensuring effective Agile execution.

Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, not just O&M/support

Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile; SAFe experience is a plus

Salesforce configuration or admin skills are highly preferred

Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, integrations, customization, and deployments

Ability to track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools

Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to remove blockers and keep the team focused on sprint goals
