Required:

6+ years’ enterprise level experience with Salesforce development in Apex, Visualforce & LWC

6+ years of Salesforce Financial Cloud

6+ years of Salesforce CRM, CDP

Driven requirements refinement 

Worked with architects to design and lead application development

Experience with Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs

Description: 

Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 midto large-sized custom implementation projects

Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers

Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project

Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project

Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs

Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff

Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concept

• Design, develop, code, and test complex tactical as well as strategic technical solutions across many technologies, including emerging technologies, to integrate existing systems and tools, collaborating with Engineers or Architects within their team/department and occasionally outside of their domain.

• Lead code/design reviews and communicates updates to stakeholders with team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.

• Investigates and resolves complex application and system technical problems and production issues by directing troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions.

• Identify system performance issues, to include technical debt, and optimize solution.

• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

• Build all the integrations needed to provide Member 360degrees view and deliver adviser led financial planning capabilities integrating with external vendors like Money Guide.
