Forward Deployed Engineer

Client seeks a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate advanced GenAI technologies into customer business processes, build custom functionality, ensure seamless deployments, and collaborate directly with clients. This role demands technical expertise, excellent communication, and rapid prototyping skills. Work hybrid/remote/on-site as needed, with occasional short-term US travel. Requires active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to embed GenAI platform into workflows.
• Develop/enhance features tailored to client needs.
• Handle initial deployment, config, and 60-180 day post-sale support before handover.
• Deliver PoC demos; provide tech consulting and troubleshooting.
• Document feedback; collaborate with product/engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally for US customer engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Advanced Python proficiency.
• Deep PostgreSQL experience.
• Proven hands-on with LLMs, NLP, and AI for real-world solutions.
• MEAN stack/TypeScript full-stack dev; Angular web apps.
• Docker/containerization; GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS GovCloud/DoD env experience; API integrations.
• SDLC/security principles; agile methodologies.
• Stellar comms for exec stakeholders; fast-paced multitasking.
