The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for innovative, high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize proprietary software for precise measurements and conduct property assessments (ladder or attic inspections).
• Negotiate and close deals, focusing on meeting homeowner needs and providing expert solutions.
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments with provided leads.
• Engage in team strategy meetings to prepare for daily appointments.
• Begin appointments between 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability is essential.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are necessary for in-home appointments.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments within the designated service area.
• Willingness to conduct property inspections using ladders or attic access.
