Senior Business Analyst with supply chain, business operations

Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain and business operations to support the Operations IT organization.
Location: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida
Candidates must be able to travel domestically and to Mexico when required.

Required Qualifications:

Need 10+ years of experience in business analysis, business process analysis, operations analysis, or a closely related role.
Strong domain knowledge of supply chain, distribution, warehouse operations, manufacturing operations, inventory management, order management, or related operational functions.
Demonstrated ability to document business processes and create clear, structured process maps.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating stakeholder discussions into actionable documentation.
Strong experience developing SOPs, workflows, process diagrams, and business analysis artifacts.
Experience tracking action items, issues, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with business leaders and operational teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively drive assigned tasks to completion.
Willingness and ability to travel within the United States and Mexico as required.
