Position Overview
seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and contribute to the development of the next-generation
he developer will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, technical documentation, and production support. The candidate will also work closely with the System Integrator to support knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of assigned application modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support Salesforce applications.
  • Develop Salesforce Apex, Lightning Pages/Components, and Visualforce Pages.
  • Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Develop solutions using SOQL, CRUD operations, configuration, and Salesforce development best practices.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements through implementation and production support.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with DCF management, technical teams, and system integrators.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and mentor less-experienced team members.
  • Proactively drive assigned work from requirements through successful implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of overall professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience developing Salesforce Apex using OOP principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Design Patterns.
  • Experience with Lightning Pages/Components and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of SOQL, CRUD, Salesforce configuration, and development practices.
  • Experience with .NET, OOP, and SOA.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end web application development.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience working throughout the complete SDLC.
  • Strong analytical, abstract-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive assignments to completion.
  • Experience mentoring junior or less-experienced developers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise or government applications.
  • Experience with application integration and web services.
  • Experience supporting modernization or migration of legacy systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments.
  • Experience with child welfare, healthcare, public-sector, or other mission-critical systems is a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
