Full Stack Developer - W2 Only

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience developing and supporting enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies and be comfortable working closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

The candidate will participate in the design, development, enhancement, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while contributing to innovation and collaborative engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level applications.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, architects, and other engineering teams.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in application architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build reusable components and services following software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives.
• Work effectively within Agile/ cross-functional teams.
• Support project deliverables while maintaining quality, scalability, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with product teams and technical stakeholders.
