Bill Rate: $80/hour

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Kotlin.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Develop robust, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Work with Kotlin/JVM, Java, Spring Boot, and related backend frameworks.
• Design and integrate APIs with databases, third-party services, and internal systems.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Implement unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and other development teams.
• Develop applications that are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
