The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs. • Build and maintain product displays, including end caps. • Reset shelves and manage product rotation effectively. • Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. • Engage with customers and store management to ensure a positive retail environment. What You'll Need • Be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. • Be 21 years of age or older. • Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Preferably have experience in sales, though not required. • Reliable transportation to and from work locations. • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results. • Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills. • Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality.
