Operational Safety Specialist

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience developing safety policies, procedures, operational controls, and supporting documentation.
• Strong experience conducting compliance audits, identifying gaps, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
• Strong risk analysis and process improvement skills, including hazard identification, mitigation planning, and control effectiveness.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience applying lessons learned to improve operational workflows and compliance processes.
• Ability to assess and prioritize operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
