Position: Performance Tester
Location: Charlotte, NC
Interview: Virtual
Work Arrangement: Onsite from Day 1

Job Description:

  • Strong experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.
  • Experience creating and executing performance/load/stress testing scripts.
  • Analyze application performance, response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and other metrics.
  • Experience with SQL/database performance testing.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
  • Experience working with Java/.NET applications, APIs, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Experience with defect tracking and performance test reporting.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
