Role: Business Analyst with Banking Domain
Location: Hybrid in Johnston, RI & Phoenix, AZ & Dallas, TX & Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, improving business processes, and working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with banking stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support UAT, test case validation, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and validate business rules and data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of banking applications and solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable banking regulations, risk, security, and compliance requirements.
