Job Description – Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement, and delivering enterprise-level IT solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Create process flow diagrams, business workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and UAT activities.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
• Support change management and implementation activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 13+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Extensive experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
