We are hiring an HR Coordinator to support daily administrative and HR-related functions for a client in Norcross, GA. This role will assist the HR Manager with scheduling, new hire onboarding, document organization, and general office support to help keep internal operations running smoothly.

Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and coordination
Help organize employee files, documents, and HR records
Support basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, and internal tracking documents
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and office team
Previous administrative, office, clerical, or HR support experience
Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic office software
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Reliable attendance and ability to work in an office-based role
Previous experience supporting HR, recruiting, onboarding, or employee documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems
Comfortable communicating with new hires or candidates
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
