Oracle EBS Financial Integration Developer

Job Summary:

The Oracle EBS Financial Integration Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing the Oracle EBS logic required for the financial system to process travel and expense transactions received from the GO.gov/SAP Concur Travel & Expense system. This includes building PL/SQL packages, staging-table logic, crosswalk transformations, LOA derivations, funds checks, obligation creation, voucher processing, PO/AP invoice creation, liquidation processing, and acknowledgement generation. The developer will use interface design documentation to implement all financial processing logic within Oracle EBS and will collaborate with functional SMEs and EBS Solutions Architect, and integration teams throughout Build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop PL/SQL logic, interface programs, and staging-table transformations needed to process inbound GO.gov/Concur travel transactions.
• Implement LOA derivation rules, LOA crosswalk logic, and funds-check processing to ensure obligations, vouchers, and invoices pass financial validation.
• Build financial processing logic to create obligations/POs, AP invoices, liquidations, and accounting distributions within Oracle EBS.
• Convert interface design documentation (data mappings, accounting rules, transformation logic) into fully developed Oracle EBS code.

Qualifications:

• Deep experience developing with Oracle EBS Financials (AP, PO, GL, Projects), PL/SQL, workflows, and custom FM interfaces.
• Strong experience implementing financial logic for obligations, vouchers, acknowledgements, PO/AP invoice creation, liquidations, and funds checks.
• Experience converting design documents into technical code, including data mappings, accounting rules, and transformation logic.
• Prior experience supporting federal travel or financial integrations is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing custom interfaces, concurrent programs, and PL/SQL packages in Oracle EBS.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and support SIT/UAT defect resolution.
• Familiarity with federal FM accounting processes and LOA structures.
