The Role

• Lead and develop your store team, with support from an assistant manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering and merchandising to company standards.
• Manage staff, including scheduling and fostering employee development.
• Recruit and build your store's team.
• Collaborate with regional management on store performance and growth strategies.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with retail management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week training program in a designated training store.
