Reporting into the Store Manager, this role is instrumental in driving store performance and ensuring operational excellence within a fast-paced retail environment. The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and overall success.
• Assist with team leadership, including scheduling, recruitment support, and onboarding new employees.
• Contribute to effective sales steering and merchandising of a dynamic product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, ordering processes, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to review performance metrics and identify areas for store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior retail experience.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the store team.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive onboarding program in a designated training store.
