Teamleitung (m/w/d) der neurologischen Frührehabilitationsstation | Bad Staffelstein, Germany | Hybrid We are seeking a dedicated leader for a specialized neurological early rehabilitation station, focusing on guiding patients through recovery after conditions like strokes or severe head injuries. This role is within a leading healthcare institution known for its expertise in psychosomatics, orthopedics, and neurology, offering advanced care and rehabilitation. The Role • Lead and advise the nursing team on a neurological early rehabilitation ward. • Manage staff scheduling, including duty and vacation plans, optimizing workflows and considering economic aspects. • Foster staff development through targeted training and professional development opportunities. • Collaborate effectively with other departments and professional groups, and lead projects. • Participate directly in patient care, providing hands-on support to the team. What You'll Need • Qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., in general, pediatric, or geriatric nursing) with several years of experience in neurological rehabilitation. • A specialization or further training in ward management or comparable leadership roles is preferred. • High level of initiative, professional competence, and a strong sense of responsibility. • Demonstrated engagement, flexibility, assertiveness, and commercial awareness. • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, proficiency with modern hospital information systems, and a commitment to continuous learning.
