The Role

• Undertake specialist leadership responsibilities within the psychosomatic youth ward.
• Gradually assume responsibility for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician as a leading senior physician and contribute significantly to ward development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, conduct family consultations, and participate in interdisciplinary intervisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or strong aptitude for leadership roles is advantageous.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
