Must-Have Skills:

• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional programs from strategic planning through execution, including complex initiatives involving multiple products or teams.
• Strong ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in product strategy, platform strategy, product management, technology strategy, program planning, or related fields.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CRM, data, analytics, AI, digital products, or enterprise platforms.
• Background in technology-enabled business transformation or complex cross-product initiatives.
