Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, understand their business and technology requirements, and position Rezolut's IT services as the right solution. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle while working closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting,
networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for IT services.
• Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
• Prepare customized proposals with technical teams.
• Manage opportunities from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate seamless project handover after closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 Years of experience in Business Development within an IT Services or Software Development company.
• Mandatory experience working in an IT Services or Software Development company.
• Proven experience selling custom software development, web, mobile, cloud, or digital transformation services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client business requirements and position appropriate technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling IT services across multiple industries.
• Exposure to enterprise sales and consultative selling methodologies.
• Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
