• *The Role**
• Develop sourcing and contracting solutions for a major, long-term investment program.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and liabilities within procurement and contract strategies.
• Support and manage procurement plans to align with stakeholder requirements.
• Provide essential commercial and supply chain support to delivery programs.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, including tender development, evaluation, and award.
• Conduct supplier negotiations, focusing on commercial aspects to achieve optimal business outcomes.

• *What You'll Need**
• Proven experience in supply chain within the facilities management or infrastructure industry.
• Experience leading or supporting procurements based on specifications for design, manufacture, or build.
• Solid understanding of business and procurement approaches, techniques, processes, policy, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent (Desirable).
• Experience in regulated or public sector environments (Desirable).
