We are seeking a Perception Engineer III to lead the design and deployment of advanced perception algorithms and sensor fusion solutions for autonomous vehicle platforms. This role requires strong expertise in C++ (C++11+), embedded Linux, LiDAR/Radar/Camera processing, sensor fusion, and ROS/ROS2. You will architect realtime pipelines for object detection and tracking, resolve complex perception challenges, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Skills & Experience:
4-7 years in autonomous systems or robotics perception engineering
Expert in C++ multithreaded applications on Linux
Handson with LiDAR, radar, image processing, sensor fusion
Experience with ROS/ROS2, DDS, publishsubscribe architectures
Strong knowledge of machine learning in embedded C++
Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for prototyping
Solid foundation in linear algebra, probabilistic estimation, coordinate transformations

Education:
Bachelor s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field (Master s preferred).
