Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA HCM / Benefits / Payroll Technical Consultant
Location: Washington, DC — Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM/Benefits/Payroll Technical Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a technical configuration background and experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll/Benefits solutions with third-party systems.
Key Requirements
  • Hands-on implementation experience deploying HCM, Benefits, and Payroll in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong technical configuration experience within SAP HCM/Payroll/Benefits.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM/Payroll interfaces and data flows.
  • Experience with Public Sector environments is preferred.
  • Experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll with Dayforce is preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
