This role is ideal for a construction professional with a background as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Owner's Representative who has successfully managed contractors, subcontractors, and complex installation projects from concept through completion.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for facility and equipment-related projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management, infrastructure systems, equipment/tool installations, and stakeholder communication while working in an active manufacturing environment.
If you have a proven track record of leading construction teams, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving successful infrastructure and equipment installation efforts, we encourage you to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and leverage technical expertise across multiple disciplines
* Comfortable working in construction environments, cleanrooms, semiconductor fabs, and tool installation areas
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, inspection reports, and design documentation
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled at building and maintaining productive working relationships, even in challenging situations
* Highly dependable with a strong track record of meeting commitments and driving results
* Professional demeanor with the ability to represent HP and the Infrastructure Team effectively
* Open to feedback, direction, and collaboration with peers and stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
* Experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or similar technical facilities
* Background managing both facility infrastructure projects and manufacturing tool installation projects
* Familiarity with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) processes, permitting, inspections, and code compliance
This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a technical environment, can drive complex projects to completion, and excels at balancing safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
